Come December and Delphina does a great white truffle menu. They basically come to the table and shave truffles over whatever you order and charge you per 5gms. (that sounds little but it goes a long way). We ordered the steak tartare, fried porchini, sunchoke soup, pastas and polenta…OMG – heaven on earth for sure!
