Einstein Panorama – St Gallen – Switzerland

by Suha on March 27, 2011

Yes it is hard to find a good restaurant in St Gallen and when a big conference is in town – most get booked out. On this trip we decided to check out the restaurant on the top floor of the Einsten hotel in down town St Gallen. Known for its rustic feel and traditional cuisine – the menu was very varied. From Lemon grass foam soup with spicy Thai curry croutons to St Gallen veal sausage with rosti. The wine list in Switzerland always amazes us as great wine is so reasonable. Enjoyed the wine and the meal but not strong enough to bring me back.
