MoMo – Melbourne

Loved the décor, the ambiance, the service and the food… Greg Malouf’s modern Middle Eastern cuisine was a big hit with all of us and every dish was a stand out. My fav on the night was the salt roasted barramundi though. Fresh, full of flavour and perfectly cooked fish. Looking forward to trying the other dishes on his menu.



Beautiful decor at MoMo


Fresh veges from their own garden with herbs and pocket breads from the wood fired oven.


Warm salad of fragrant salt roasted wild Barramundi with fennel, tarragon and buffalo feta. Was totally amazing.


Duck breast roasted on the bone with creamy lentil-burghul pilav, baby beets and leaves


Salad e shirazi with edible leaves


Lamb double cutlets in cardamom oregano crumbs on creamy freekah with pumpkin and pearl onions



Persian saffron tart with passion fruit curd and mascarpone mousse
Orange baklava with walnut-ginger parfait and leatherwood honey
Rose petal jam ice-cream, plum jelly and black current granita



Seasonal fruits with cherry pomegranate sorbet, pistachio halva and dried grapefruit
