Jellyfish – Brisbane

Loved it. Perfect setting on the Brisbane river, great view, open, bright, spacious, great service, truffles in each course – perfect lunch!!! Jellyfish has recently reopened after the Brisbane floods and the new décor is fresh and inviting. They offer a very impressive range of fresh seafood and the menu is really great. What made my meal on this visit was the flexibility of the chef to make us a special entrée. Since it was winter and since they had truffles available we asked if the chef could do up something that we could share as an entrée but had to have truffles. And guess what – he did. We gave us a stunning frittata of pecorino and shaved WA black truffles. How great is that. The scallop and truffle pie was also to die for. Loved it and will go back.
