Restaurant Balzac – Sydney

The Saddler’s Creek Winery from the Hunter Valley had a wine dinner at Restaurant Balzac in Randwick. Chef Matt Kemp designed the 4 course menu to complement the 7 wines that were on tasting that night. The cheeses that were matched to the shiraz were wonderful but we did miss dessert so made our way downstairs to the main restaurant and treated ourselves to some wonderful ones. The sommelier was fantastic and we enjoyed a great French Sauterne to complement our desserts. Great restaurant…worth the drive to Randwick.
