Mandarine Restaurant – Saigon – Ho Chi Minh City – Vietnam

by Suha on January 22, 2011

We love Vietnamese food and experiencing it in Vietnam was a real treat. On this trip we dined at the Mandarine restaurant and had their fixed menu of 8 courses. The cuisine here is a mix of Vietnamese and Chinese and the décor is very Chinese. Check out the size of the prawns – they really looked like a cross between a crab and lobster but apparently it was a prawn!! The flavours were fresh and strong and it really was a lovely meal.
